Room Options and Rates

We will be able to accommodate couples, small groups, and solo travelers. We have four room options to choose from.
The choice of rooms is between suites and double rooms. Every room is unique and has a different style; but they all come with AC, ensuite bathroom, modern and contemporary art and all the amenities you could need. ​ Nevertheless, suites are larger, with more spacious bathrooms, they all have a balcony or access to a terrace, a bathtub and larger art installations. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

In order to secure the booking, a payment for 50% of the total will be required.

Solo travelers looking to sharing accommodations with other travelers will be added to our Solo Traveler waiting list. We will assign solo travelers to available rooms as soon as we can match them with other solo travelers. If a roommate match is not possible, we could not guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation Policy: The following policy is in place in order to cover fees by providers, and transaction and administrative fees.

If you cancel before January 27th, 2025, you will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost.

If you cancel between January 28th and February 27th, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
-
If you cancel after February 27th, 2025, no refund can be provided.
